The Columbia Audubon Society is posting checklists for non-federal, South Carolina sites. For federal sites, go here. Please continue to check this site over time as this is an ongoing project and updates will be made as they become available.

The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism and other entities have agreed to allow Columbia Audubon to post these checklists. You are free to download and use them.

There is plenty of opportunity to increase the bird species recorded at many of these areas.

The format of the lists depends on how the lists were provided. Lists that were received in digital form have been converted to html format and may also be downloaded and displayed in other formats such as Word or Excel, as indicated. To download, right click on Word or Excel and use save target as. If you want to display in Word or Excel, if you get a password box, just close it by clicking the x and it should allow you to proceed. Lists that that were received in paper form may only be downloaded in PDF format. By clicking on the name of the site, you will be directed to the official page for the South Carolina State Parks.
