Challengers (Club #7081) was chartered in 1996, as a member club
of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization
devoted to the improvement and development of individual
communication and leadership skills.
Our
club
mission is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning
environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop
communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster
self-confidence and personal growth.
Toastmasters International helps men and
women learn the arts of speaking, listening and thinking—vital
skills that promote self-actualization, enhance leadership
potential, foster human understanding, and contribute to the
betterment of mankind.
Approximately
8,800 Toastmasters clubs and 175,000 members exist in the United
