The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government. It influences public policy through education and advocacy. Any person of voting age, male or female, may become a League member. The League of Women Voters is committed to making democracy work across the country and around the world. Action Proposal The Board approved a motion at the November board meeting to write an Action Proposal on making changes to the voting process in South Carolina.
